Bringing this up simply in relation to a current incident, means you have a rather sinister agenda.

It's a bit 'better' than bringing up the Crusades everytime a Muslim decides to murder people in the name of Islam I suppose.

"Getting off" means avoiding charges. This dude plead guilty to a lesser crime to avoid prison. Happens to everyone, no matter if you're black or white (eeeeeee heeeee *moonwalks*)

John R.K Howard, 19, of Keller, Tex., pleaded guilty Friday in a Twin Falls courtroom to a felony count of injury to a child. He will be sentenced to two to three years of probation, which he’ll likely be able to complete in Texas, and prosecutors will recommend he be ordered to serve 300 hours of community service.

But Howard will avoid prison or jail time and could ultimately have his conviction dismissed if he successfully completes probation without violations or committing new crimes. And by submitting an Alford plea, he maintains his innocence while acknowledging prosecutors would likely be able to win a conviction at trial.

My stance on this is the same as the Chicago crap. Prison is for rehabilitation and when you cross the line like those criminals did, they aren't worth the time or money to rehabilitate. Put them down like rabid dogs.

Let's not forget to add that of the 13%, only roughly 6% (Black Males) are committing the vast majority of the crimes. So really, it's about 6% doing the crimes.

Well the plea deal was BS then. We are always being told by the right how if such and such a situation was reversed and the victims were White, the media and law enforcement would keep quiet and how Whites are never recognized as victims of hate crimes .

True , and if you look at the many threads created over the past few weeks/months and the posters creating them , the pattern is clear: it's always about SJWs, Blacks, Liberals doing something perceived to be wrong or illegal but these same thread creators tend to ignore news about Whites or Conservatives doing something illegal or embarrassing or wrong.
