List of USADA approved and banned substances

Which ones do yall recommend for someone who wants to get lean and vascular with the minimum amount of strenuous activity

I mean, I get we're trying to get a clean sport, but is all this really necessary? How much of this stuff REALLY enhances your performance??

What if someone needs a beta blocker or diuretic for their high blood pressure and they have a prescription?

I'm a pharmacy student, and a lot of those drugs are absolutely needed if a fighter gets sick. So if they aren't allowed even in cases of actual illness then this is madness.

Also, lol at the fact that my fiancé and I are violating USADA right now.

Yes, they are allowed if you are ill (you get a therapeutic use exemption)

Do you really think they would prevent sick people getting treatment?

So why was this stickied again?

Yes, because it wouldn't be hard for a fighter to get a doctor they know to write them a prescription for a diuretic or other masking agent. That's how most opioid drug seekers get their fix, for example.

Great work @FedorGOAT. Thank you for putting all of this together.

Hard work, great diet, whey protein, maybe a multi vitamin and you should be fine.
It's a little more complicated than that if you want to compete at the highest levels.

I would just send them eveything I was about to take and ask approval though.

No it isn't. Any supplement that works would be a PED and banned.

If I made a lemon juice whey Pomeranian dog shit cocktail that added muscle mass it would be banned.

Also they'd tell you to fuck yourself - testing isn't for free.

You get a chit from your doctor and USADA approves it via a TUE. And if you're that sick, you shouldn't be cleared for three rounds of warfare.

You're talking non-sense.

"Demetrious Johnson says he has no idea what's on the banned substance list and admits to ringing the USADA anytime he takes something."
