Honestly, I don’t know much about the newer stuff. I still recycle old stuff from my youth, late 90’s to mid 2000’s.

Well, the life of a porn "star" doesn't seem to be all that. You hear performers say they do it because "it's fun" and stuff, but I think it's just shit they say to themselves to make themselves feel better. I think most people in that business hate it. As well they should. And I think the famous ones have to always be "on" and acting that they like their "fans" when frankly, I doubt they do. Also strikes me odd that there is so much porn out there, I mean, ya, it's sex... but do we really need the millions of videos and "actors" out there?

Finally, the 6+ women in porn can probably find a guy to provide for them, but frankly, have likely have feelings of zero self worth and can't couple with a "normal" guy. As another poster noted, they get "married" to other performers or directors - I can't help but think the success rate of these marriages are like < 5%.

As for this August person who died way too young; very sad. My prejudices suggest absence of family support, depressing workplace, low-self esteem, and nobody around her to give her good advice all contributed in addition to "bullying" which shouldn't have happened.
