I'd imagine by far the biggest issue though is societies view of them and honestly besides the US being pretty puritanical still I think a lot of that view is actually driven by peoples own fetishes, a lot of porn viewers seem to need to believe the women involved are "damaged goods" to get turned on by it.

As far as the abuse goes I do think theres definitely an unhealthy culture of scapegoating on the net that I think is a symptom of a wider problem with PC politics. I mean I'm very much at the liberal end myself but I just feel so much of the fight against various "isms" has been co optered by cynical politicans/media who are actually econiomically right wing, Hilary being the ultimate representation. PC politics have become a mask for these people/groups but they won't back it up with serious shifts in the economy that might help the disadvantaged(which would cost them too much of their wealth) so instead the movements become focused on attacking scapegoats.

On Monday I called out a homophobic performer for her ignorance and uneducated bias.
She allegedly chose to end her own life when she was exposed to the same vitriol that gay people have been exposed to globally for decades. Original tweet below.

Most of us porn watchers dont view pornstars as normal women. Its all a fantasy, the kind of woman you do anything to and is up for it unlike the normal flawed women we deal with every day. You forget this is someones daugher, sister etc etc. They have the same insecurities and weakness like most normal women. They are scarred for life and get seen down on everywhere they go.
