Who's Your Favorite Horror Icon?

Have you seen Hannibal?

That may be my favorite show.

I presume you meant the TV series? Yes. I've watched the series. When it was first announced, I was very worried because I thought it would stink to high hell for TV format. When they announced Mads Mikkelsen as the cast, I sigh a relief because I loved his performance in Casino Royale and The Hunt. They stayed "relatively true" to the source material as well so that was a plus. Pretty good TV series indeed.

Jason Voorhees is a pretty fun antagonist.

Loved Hannibal so much, it wasn’t perfect but any imperfections were made up for by how beautifully designed and shot it was, the best looking tv show ever in my book.

And Gillian Anderson has never looked so lovely...

They’re two very different takes on the part, I love Hopkins portrayal, especially in Silence of the Lambs, but I find it a bit broad in the other films, Mads Mikkelson brought a bit more restraint to the role.

The real star of Hannibal for me was Hugh Dancy as Will Graham, the series could easily have been called ‘Graham’. That would have been a bit weird though...

Dracula is one of my favorite novels ever but i still don't think they have done a movie that properly captures the character.

As far as movies I'd have to go with Jigsaw. (Unless Predator counts as horror)

Let's not forget Chop Top from TCM2. Make sure to turn up the volume so you can hear what he says.

Myers. Especially in the original. Was just evil incarnate. No motivations, no emotions, just a straight forward killing machine.

Good call.

"Come to daddy...daddy..."

I'll throw Dr. Channard in for shits and gigs.

His transformation scene is actually still pretty disturbing, impressive for an old movie. Both 1 and 2 were great.
