Cost two world series? Yu and Roberts cost the first one. But anyways glad they're not cheap. 3 year deal isn't bad tbh either as long as he's the 3rd starter in the playoffs. Just look at what Yu got last year.

That's just one game. I blame the dude who sucked in two games more and the guy who left Kershaw in there too long in game 5.

But regardless, they just added another year to his deal. Not bad for a player who's played his entire career with them. And still productive in the regular season.

It could be worse. They could be like the niners and give a fat porn star loving can and a career back up rb a ton of money.

They had to get creative just to reset the luxury tax this year lol (I think 2 teams broke the luxury line so they have to be at least 3rd?).

They paid all their homegrown/ws winning guys, mostly fair $$ - Posey, Crawford, Belt, Pence, Bumgarner (cheap for what he brings) + Added expensive arms - Shark, Cueto, Melancon. No one making 30M, but when your entire roster is on their 2nd and 3rd contract vs rookie deals it adds up quick.,
