I eat breakfast maybe once a week and when I do, it's some random food. I rarely eat breakfast food. I get up early during the week and never want to eat until I wake up in the afternoon.
I’ve heard your body can only absorb like 35 grams of protein in one sittingIIFYM so it depends on what I'm feeling. Usually for the most part its protein as I like to knock the protein out early in the day in case I end up going out with friends, or family at night

oats 50g
fat-free milk + 1 scoop of whey
Its worked well for me so far, been eating like this for about 4 years now.
