Jordan Peterson on Why Joe Rogan is Successful

Rogan is just Oprah for men

Class struggle from communist manifesto can be used as a great analogy for describing our modern SJW. They think themselves as the cultural version of Proletariat (including BLM, Antifa, LGBTQIA, All sorts of Feminists) & think White western male as bourgeois. According to them White male enjoy some cultural privilege (Which is unknown to me even though I am not a white male) which these cultural hooligans want to get rid of for bringing some sort of cultural equality, Which parallels to the Marxist ideology of Proletariat destroying bourgeois for bringing in economical equality. For these huge parallels these SJWs often get refereed as cultural Marxist.

The problem is if class struggle is if all that is needed to be a Marxist, then lots of things can be Marxism. Americans thought of themselves as proletariat and the English as the Bourgeois. They wanted to get rid of them to get to some sort of equality. Same with the French revolution
There are basic tenants to Marxism, and they are not only oppressed vs oppressor : that is way too general.

An analytical framework that attempts to identify how interlocking systems of power impact those who are most marginalized in society. To me that's just the cultural version of Proletariat.

No. You can't say that white race equals bourgeois in sjw version, and also claim that a white transgender is opressed, and equals proletaryat at the same time.

Exactly, marxism has an end goal - establishing a world wide communist society. I don't know what's the end goal of SJW's, besides bitching on twitter and protesting Trump.

There is also a very specific view about the evolution of history (I.e. materialism : the material of a society shapes it) and of economics.
To me, saying SJW = postmodernism = Marxism = USSR = 50 million death is just a cheap tactic of some lazy intellectuals (Peterson included) to say that his opponents are evil and will bring about mass destruction. All these = are false. I also do not like SJW, but for other reasons. He is right that they are no good, but his explanation for it is false.

Geez, some people just want to shit on everyone.

Jordan Peterson is really sharp and reasonable. And he is candid without being a total immature douche. I didn't even know he was a conservative at first. I just listened to him talk about various issues on the Rogan show...without knowing who he was....and thought wow what a very intelligent guy. Shows that it's better to not know what a person is labeled as before hearing the person talk.

I guess hating on him is the new popular thing to do because it makes you look edgy or more individualistic?

Peterson has some good sides and bad sides. For example, his jungian stuff is completely insufferable. His critique of communist/socialist societies is top notch.

But his followers are the most annoying part of his presence.

It's weird how people try and box Rogan in politically.

I have friends who ask me all the time if i saw this JRE episode or that one, and it's always some hyper divisive political guest.

The weirdest part is they avoid the MMA episodes, and i avoid the non-MMA ones.

Expected insult from an NPC. you guys don't have any critical thinking on your own.
You did exactly that in your previous post. But that's all the right does. Antifa. "Cultural Marxist" (an expression that makes no sense if you know what Marxism is). And, of course, the right jumped the shark with the Iraq war. It takes a special kind of stupid to be blind to what a child could predict.

I'm sure Joe is a bright guy, but when he says really stupid things, it casts a bit of a cloud over the rest of it. A pizza with 3 great toppings and 1 foul hideous topping will taste like shit.

My only issue with Rogan is that he jumps to conclusions too fast on occasion (not always).

And he doesn't seem to like to just say "I was wrong"....especially when it comes to his MMA commentary.

But at least he is very honest in telling us what he truly feels during fights. He's not afraid to call out a referee or judge's decision making.

Even The Young Turks like Joe, that should say something.

He's putting on a show on the podcast, typically while super stoned/caffeinated/drunk/etc. The difference between how Joe really feels/thinks has grown steadily as his podcast has gotten more popular/Infiltrated by CIA. I love/like using slashes.

If that's your standard for idiocy then I have no problem in being an idiot.
You've made that clear by showing a desperate need to put labels on people in order to uphold your narrow view of the world.

No one hates on him. Nor is he too bright.
