Why anyone thought rushing Ronda into a match with Nunes still blows my mind.

Was Rhonda's career mismanaged or was it her own horrible decision making?

Bit of both. Also add in Rogan and Dana's extremely exaggerated view of what she could do and she was convinced it was all true. But the worst part of it all was how she handled it. It was a child throwing a tantrum but at least they come back down the park the next day. She stayed in the tree house.

Nunes bouncing Ronda's head around is beautiful to watch.

Trained at a shit gym. She thought she was a legit striker. #onceinalifetime

Ronda was not the striker she thought she was. She had success standing, but she was able to rough up and bully all of them (Davis, Bethe, and McMann). Nunes and Holly are on her athletic level and above her striking level, so they were able to create distance and make her pay.

Edit: Also, Nunes punches like Chad Mendes.

I slept well that night and took a huge dump. All the laughter and joy jump moved fecal matter in the intestines...

She could have done a lot better had she ignored her marketing image which was that she finishes her opponents in seconds. Same with the Holm fight.

She did no media or anything

Can't remember the last time that has happened

Dana and UFC gave her every special privilege they could for this fight

Ronda still lost in hilarious fashion

Mendes isn’t known for ko power

It was a good night. I was in line for a flight back from Hawaii and saw the results on my phone. Perfect end to a vacation.

Has Ronda ever admitted that she lied about Holly hitting her in the face off? Dana's own video showed her pulling Holly's arm toward her. Kind of funny that all of her embarrassing, shitty moments were "acting." It's almost like she constructed a fantasy world to cover up a low IQ.

Yes, he is. If you want to split hairs and differentiate between the various types of tko/ko/ktfo finishes, you can have a field day. But when looking at the FW division over the past 10 years, he is irrefutably one of the biggest punchers in the division's history.

When he hit the UFC, he leveled up his punching prowess and became a "striker" more than a "wrestler," just like others (Hendo, Koscheck, Hendricks). Mendes was a reliable decision machine before becoming one of the more formidable strikers in his division- just like Hendo.

6 of his last 7 victories- all of which were in the UFC- have been tko/ko victories. There can be excuses made for every one of them: "Elkins was sloppy." "Guida was beaten up." "Who the fuck is Yaotzen Meza?" "Cody McKenzie... come on."

6 out of 7. 5 in round one. It cant be denied.

Rondas striking wasn’t as crisp as it usually is.

And what does this have to do with Amanda nunes? Chad fights nothing like Amanda. Kind of weird to pick chad name into all this in the first place.

Ronda got into the sport when everyone just sucked.
Nunes was the first legit striker she fought
Ronda ducked Cyborg for a reason, obviously she didnt know that Nunes was even better than Cyborg

Edit: I should saythe second legit striker
