Andy, for the cash and actual chance of winning.
As to Conor, I assume he knows he wont beat those top wrestlers (Khabib, Usman), so fighting Andy and making money is always nice.
I will pay to watch it any day.

it’s so far out there. I’ve got a list of about 35 great conor fights and this wasn’t on it. It’s not BAD it just ridiculous. I don’t care if he wants to do fun fights like this, but if that’s the case he needs to stop talking about the belts

I will never understand you people. When the guy was fighting at featherweight, he was beating midgets. When he calls out Justin and Khabib, he doesn't deserve the title fight. When Usman called him out, he doesn't deserve the title fight, but he also is a duck for not taking the fight. Conor wanting to fight a legend in the sport for a non-title fight, who just last year had a very competitive fight with the current middleweight champion is also somehow a horrible thing to do.

I suppose you think that Charles Oliveira would be a better and more competitive fight? But I'm sure you and everyone else like you would find a reason to bitch about a fight like that too.

Conor can go ahead and fight Silva. Beating a past of the prime Cerrone, and Silva- should not give you a crack at the 155 pound title shot against the winner of Khabib/Gaethje.

Pride might have been less than legitimate at times and run by suspect people. But it was glorious.
 
Never thought I would say this but a fight against Conor for Anderson shouldn't be sanctioned. I geninuely feel like Conor is gonna stop him in 1st round. I don't wanna see a legend made into some sort of easy fight for Conor to climb high on for no reasons except his ego... I say no thanks to this fight.

He should fight Masvidal imo or even Nate Diaz
