It's just Yas Island in Abu Dhabi, which is full of resorts and theme parks.

And Yas Island has already hosted three UFC events: UFC 112 in 2010, UFC Fight Night: Nogueira vs. Nelson in 2014 and UFC 242 in 2019. All in local Arenas.
