While Jon could have won in the wrestling department, Ngannou has proven he knows how to wrestle and he's huge.

I think overall Jon is probably happy he will never have to face Ngannou.

I might of argued with this before the ufc decided to save Stipe for Jones instead of letting him fight Sergei with Jones fighting the winner (Sergei). Talk about a hand picked opponent.

The thing is Ngannou doesn't need to learn that much wrestling. If he knows enough wrestling to get it into positions where he can muscle his way out he's perfectly fine.

Jones only chance would've been an ankle pick and pray to his God that he could control Francis on the ground. Ngannou Obliterates Jones on the feet badly. Jones was smart to wait till Francis left. He may have saved his own life.
