What is this nonsense? “Wife is homemaker and subordinate to husband." Nope, this is fantasy land. Most households have both parents working.
Win at all costs is not something that is taught, is it? I think it's much more common to hear "as long as you gave your best effort". I think white families are pretty chill with their kids compared to other races/ethnicities. I think that extreme standard is only set by certain East Asian cultures that have incredibly intense education systems with a lot of stress and pressure.
Anyway, it's full of massive generalizations and I think some are way off the mark.
