The treadmills at my gym have TV's built in, doesn't help me.
As far as nutrition goes, I told myself awhile ago I would never count calories and beat myself up over food intake. I like to eat and I'm happy when I do. I'm just an all around nicer person when I eat whatever I want lol. I may count out like mayo or shit like that when I eat but thats about it.
I don't know who said this but it was something along the lines of you can out train your diet. At least until your older. I think it's true. Probably goes against what most believe, but if you train like a mother fucker a cheese burger or 2 won't kill you.
Chad Johnson said he lives off McDonalds and he plays in the NFL for christ sakes.
If losing weight will make you happier though, do it. And own it, don't half ass it and beat yourself up for years.
Thanks man, yeah that's my goal, I'm not going to be obsessive over my calorie intake. Just going to try and cut out the "bad" meals like taco bell or large desserts and try to increase my cardio/conditioning by a few hours a week
