Every jumping knee, ever. Especially in the clinch when 99% of the time it leads to the guy getting taken down. I see fighters do it at the end of the fight too during close fights. Ridiculous.

Not a jumping knee, but along the same lines. Bruce Leeroy is winning the fight and goes for a stupid kick giving up about a minute of top control at the end of his fight last fight vs. Roland Delorme. Thankfully the judges didn't rob him of the decision:
