bodybuildings top multi list 14 dollars for a month supply i just cant help but think thats very weak since friends of mine pay around 40-60 bucks a month for there multi vitamins

Have been taking this for about 5 years now. Works for me.

ON whey and casein are also very highly rated for quality and also one of the cheapest of the big brands.

get what you pay for but 60 dollars for a month supply of multi vitamins seems crazy i doubt im gonna feel amazing by the 60 dollar price tag lol
