I wish you hasn't of asked that! I actually didn't know and got on the gym scales. It is a lot more than I thought. 83.6kg, minus squat shoes and allowing for it being not first thing, I'm guessing 81kg

LOL, well in my opinion that's a more appropriate weight for a guy your height than ~70kg

Yeah for sure. It has been a decade since I was that light. But generally when playing a lot of basketball I am around 75kg. And I am pretty skinny right now so that extra 6kg is on my belly.

But my new goals are about preventing injuries, not performance, hence not paying much attention to my weight.
