Biased's Shenanigans

Weekend sucked, was in class all day both days. Moved treadmills and heavy stuff Sunday night. Worked an 11 monday, a 9 tues, 10.5 wednesday, didn't get any workouts in. Ate like crap.

Today (Thursday): Boxing with E, mainly sharpening up my cross. Really got snapping at the end there, twisting at the hips and not over extending. Was a good practice and I was missing it.
 
Saturday: I did a LISS session approx 35 mins shadowboxing and tennis ball.
Sunday: Shrugs, calf raises, dead bugs, TRX rows, tennis ball LISS ~15 mins and some shadow boxing.

Only MMA so far, I have had 11 so far counting ammy and pro matches. But I am open to boxing and my boxing coach is hinting he wants me to try it out.

Boxing coach is busy for a few days, boxing most likely to resume Saturday.

Day before I did a rec bike cranked up on high setting for some hiit. Roughly 10 mins and some random stuff at the gym.

Last night: dead bugs, kb bench press, tricep presses, shrugs, calf raises, bridges, serratus push ups.
Morning HR of 55.
 
Saturday morning boxing mitt work with E. Then did a hard 5 min round on the bags.
 
Saturday night I became sick, possibly food poisoning from hamburgers I had at the fam reunion.

Sunday was wrecked, napped alot. I got down to 216.5 lbs at one point Sunday.

Worked Monday and started feeling better around noon. Got in a light workout Monday night, kb presses, reverse pec flys, calf raises, shrugs.

Today (Tuesday) plan on taking a nap when I get off work and heading to boxing.
 
2 35lb kbs - all 30 reps bench, shrugs, bridges, renegade rows, dead bugs, SL RDL (no kb).
 
Felt fantastic at the gym today, guess I have fully recovered from the food poisoning.
Calfs, pecs, triceps, abs, traps sore from the light SE session I did.

Today:
5' light jog for warm up
10' sprint intervals on TM - 3.5 for rest periods, 8.0 for sprint intervals
5' inclined fast walking
10-15' shadow boxing
 
15 min E @ 145bpm, 10 minutes sprint intervals, box jumps, SA pushups, DB presses, curls, rows.
220.2 lbs this morning
 
Been kind of taking a break. Just been periodically doing some cardio or lifting weights. Going on vacation in a few weeks and pinching pennies so no gym fees. Although I am tired of working so hard and getting hit in the head, lot of brain trauma in boxing and mma right now. We will see what's up.
 
Last night: Held mitts 3 rounds, hit 3x5' rounds as a lefty with my striking coach.

Today: Actually not as sore as I thought I would be, weight is 223lbs.
