Had to cut down some.saplings for a friend yesterday. Nothing bigger than 6" but about halfway through the job I started getting weird back pumps so I skipped yesterday's weight session. Started to twinge today and just said fuck it.

13 miles on bike


1 mile pushing bike w flat tire back to truck.


Had a tube and pump w me but figured by the time I changed it I could be at the truck anyway. This makes me not want a motorcycle so badly.
