I can not see the pics and the events won't load. I am using a MacBook

Anyway you could do a screenshot for me real quick?

Command shift 2 on a MacBook and then just click on upload an image so I can see what you see

If you're using chrome you could try adding the homepage url in the javascript settings
  1. Click the Chrome menu
    lqf7ViveLf3SzaDEM253AoZUy3bTGklYjlwbR20IJONrWp0UB8zKFnX14n6qt00ku0HJvh_KH-pYTrSMsOO3KFYFlhjto4Z5ftAHk3ZFi7ZHrWpVMEqVxclmZksPpnNluQCL3aE1qmEGel837u-x4IVdpQ=w5000-h5000
in the top right hand corner of your browser
  2. Select Settings
  3. Click Show advanced settings
  4. Under the "Privacy" section, click the Content settings button.
  5. chrome-step-04.jpg
choose manage exceptions and add the homepage url.

Or it could be an add-on issue.
