these were done standing on two plates and the band tension is 90 lbs at the top
2) 2" Thick DB Rows: 52x12, 72x12, 72x12, 72x12, 72x12 each arm
3) Banded Pushups: Green band x 12, 12, 10, 8

My strength levels are so low these days compared to where I was years ago. Must be the fact that I only lift 1-2 times per week now instead of 4+ ... I enjoy the sports too much though
