Monday: jump rope intervals 15' and light weight lifting
Tuesday (today): will be doing boxing padwork
 
Sunday: SE kettlebell workout followed by yoga for BJJ
Monday: nothing
Tuesday: 1hr boxing mitt work with M, primarily focused on hooks and footwork followed by ~5-10' of kicks on bag.
Today (Wed): planning on some sort of cardio this evening

Diet is dialed back in after Thanksgiving. Left knee is a bit sore.
 
Wednesday was 10 mins skipping rope, mostly practicing double unders. Agility ladder footwork, SL hops, lateral movement etc. Chin ups. Rowing. Sh er work, random other stuff.

Today, Thurs: several rounds padwork with M. Working footwork and combos while switching stances, cleaned up my L hook a little slipping too far and leaning over a little, and faking a rear round kick cheat step into long jab.
 
Quick workout before bed:
Curls, presses, squats, rows, shrugs, calf raises, push-ups x30 @ 55lbs followed by shadow boxing.

Roughly 230 lbs after Christmas and new years. Just shopped today and bought healthier foods.

Yesterday: ran 2.2 miles @5.0-5.5 mph took about 26 mins, then did about 4 sets of 15 of high row 70#s each
 
Been practicing pistol squats, working a lot. That's about it.

1 mile run for warm up @ 6.0 mph in 10 mins
Sprints for ~5-8 minutes

Quick little update:

Tore my labrum in my hip a while back, trying to avoid surgery. Just been focused on healing up, relaxing and being lazy.

Shadow boxed today and skipped some rope. Had no issues with anything. Pleasant surprise.
