Also, I'd recommend that you start a diet log of your own. Helps you keep track of everything.I have literally read every post but never replied yet. I'm hoping starting this year you are going to get into your new years resolution of "healthy eating". Each week I am cutting something out, first week was to recover from new year as it's the only time I drunk alcohol last year although it did last 3 days lol. Scottish thing
This week is cutting sugar out minus the sugar from fruit, week after that processed food etc. I think this is a sensible and good approach to dieting this year rather than just cutting everything to see if it can help improve my training performance.
