Ok this diet log starts today rn. This threaded will be edited throughout the day. I still got to see what my weight is now.
1000: subway sub and multivitamins
1400: mcdonalds (don't judge me i was on my way to work and was the only thing good to eat and ive had good cardio and what not eating those when i'm not working out)
1700: homemade cheese burgerfrom airport cafeteria
(Working on eating more organic food and more home made food from the cafeteria in the airport)
1800 fried filet of fish sandwhich from the cafteria (yes i was still at work)
If anyone has any ideas of what to eat in the morning give me some so i can go to the grocery store and get it. Edit i can not eat eggs or anything like that.
