Full court sprints. Was averaging 11.5 seconds down and back which is a bit slow. I'l time it again another day and see. 455. Went but it was not quick or pretty. 2 weeks out of the gym.gor the most part I think.
About 6 miles of combined trail running, stair climbing and some jogging and walking on a semi level area.

Forgot how hard trail running. Can be on you. Most of my joints just plain hurt. Forced myself to the gym to at least move. Which is what I did. Move least.
