This week was not a great workout week, with work, school starting up. Going compensate by doing at least a 40 hour fast. to get me back on track for the upcoming week.

So the goal is:
1730 Friday to 1100ish on Sunday.

41 hours and 40 minutes! Felt really weak in the morning and ate like a fatass the rest of the day.
