1005-Egg salad sandwich, chips.
1215-Taco salad, milk x2, soda, yogurt.
1400-Poptart x2
1730-Milk x2, hot coco, yogurt. Shepherd's pie, fried cauliflower.
This week was not a great workout week, with work, school starting up. Going compensate by doing at least a 40 hour fast. to get me back on track for the upcoming week.
So the goal is:
1730 Friday to 1100ish on Sunday.
