Had a cold and took some time off and feel a lot better. I also got a new heavybag stand, hit the bag a few times when sick but only for a a single 5-10 minute round at a time.

I have taken the past month to work on rehabbing a shoulder injury and rest. Hopefully will be back on the bag in February

Also want to take this time to put on some healthy weight. The activity prevented me from gaining anything.

Well my current goal is to put on 20+ pounds and get my strength up. After I get to a certain level or strength, I want to get back on the training wagon.
 
Nice. Just eating like a monster? I'm trying to gain weight too, but it's tough eating a lot every day.

Yeah been eating a a lot. Lots of grilled chicken and beef. Its tough, I like to eat a lot of smaller meals and have been forcing myself to get more down.

I would like to hit
1.5x Bench
2x Squat.
2x Deadlift
1x Overhead press.

and be somewhere in the 165-170 range
