Been a good week of jits, almost all drilling which has been great. Really cut back on the booze recently and had a great lift today.

Bench: 135, 185, 205, 225, 265 x 5
-Another 5 rep PR but that 5th rep was toughhhhhh. Might stay here next week.

DB Incline: 70, 75, 80 x 8

Five two minute rounds on the heavy bag with one minute rest.
 
Been doing a lot of running/bag work lately. Did two miles today and then:

Bench: 135, 185, 205, 225, 265 x 5, 185 x 15
-265 went up smoother this week.

DB incline: 70, 75, 80 x 8

5/2 minutes rounds on the bag.

100 sit-ups continuous.
 
Knees were feeling shitty for a couple weeks, took some time off deads and squats but had a really great session today. First was a fun hour of BJJ at lunch then:

Deadlifts: 135, 225, 315, 405 x 5, 455 x 3
-Everything felt great here.

Pullup Pyramid to 4 and back down, felt better.

Three rounds on the heavy bag (2 on 1 off). That's where I started to feel pretty gassed. Finished with some stretching and that's it.
 
Solid day today. Eased into the week with a fairly tame hour of BJJ and then had an above average lifting session.

Bench: 135, 185, 205, 225 x 5, 270 x 4, 185 x 16.
-Finally progressed to 270. I honestly would've attempted 5 with a spotter but probably would have still failed. Oh well, it's a good number and I'll hit 5 in a week or two.

DB Incline: 70, 75, 80 x 8

Turkish Get Ups: 50, 55 x 6, 60 x 2.
-Probably not the best idea to attempt TGUs after so much upper body volume.

Really hitting some new levels in my flexibility too. Can almost touch my toes now, pathetic I know...but it's progress.
 
Spent a day working on squat form which was disastrous. But still steps in the right direction.

Push up ladder, failed on the 10th rep of the set of 20...I think that's a PR.

Pull up pyramid was rough. Reckon that's because of all the pushups.

100 situps in 3:30.
 
Excellent week of training. Got on the mats 5 times, got three lifts in, and a run. Will probably do something tomorrow too.

Deads: 135, 225, 315, 405, 455 x 5.
-Was shocked that I hit 455 x 5 today, really didn't expect that.

Pull-up pyramid to 4 and back.

Machine Pulldowns Alternating 5 reps pullup grip and 5 reps chinup grip.
130, 145, 160 x 10.
 
Getting the itch to give BORTAC another try. Got bored after work and did 1.5 miles on the treadmill in 11:03 (have to be sub 11 but it's a start) and then the pushup ladder. Failed at the 13th rep of the 18 rep set.
 
4 mile ruck (probably 40-45lbs) to test out my previously wrecked foot. Only had to stop to readjust socks once and finished in 1:08.49. Not bad for not rucking since June.
 
Good lift today and a good week of BJJ overall.

Bench: 135, 185, 205, 225 x 5, 270 x 4. Failed the 5th rep on the way back up, got about 1/3 of the way up. 185 x 17.

1.5 miles on the treadmill in 10:50. Then a good 20 minutes of stretching, making good headway there.
 
Yesterday was 1.5 miles in 10:52, followed by the pullup pyramid to 4 where I really struggled, and then the pushup ladder where I failed on the 11th rep of the 18 rep set.

Today was a really good day. Set another PR on my deads.

135, 225, 315 x 5, 405 x 3, 455 x 1, 505 x 1.

Pullup Pyramid to 4 went much smoother.

100 sit-ups in 3:15.

One minute on, 30 seconds rest planks x 3.

Looking forward to jits tomorrow.
 
Got insanely sick on Thursday night/Friday morning. Got back into it today with a workout designed to see where I'm at 6 months away from BORTAC selection.

1.5 mile run in 11:21. Need to be under 11 here.
Pushup Ladder, failed on the 10th rep of the 20 rep set...tying my PR. The standard for BORTAC is 40 pushups untimed, I can do that very easily.
Pull-up ladder to 4. Did okay on this, was a little smoked from the pushups. Standard for BORTAC is 8, reckon I can do that pretty easily but would like to double it.
41 situps in one minute. Standard is 42, should be easily attainable.
20 minutes on the elliptical.

I'm at 208lbs right now. Looking to lose 20 by mid-June.
 
Six mile ruck in 1:39:59. Standard is 1:45. Glad to be built back up to six miles. Will start adding a half mile to each ruck from here on out.
 
3.24 miles in 29:24. Not fast enough, also developed two large blisters which sucks.

Push-up ladder, failed rep 13 of the 20 rep set.
 
Tried to hit 270 x 5 again the other day (Wednesday) and failed at 3 reps. Getting very frustrated there.

Today was a good deadlift day, hit another PR.

135, 225, 315 x 5, 405 x 3, 455 x 1, 510 x 1.

Pullup Pyramid to 4 and back was the smoothest it's been yet.
 
Got back in the pool today for some extra cardio.

5/50 Meter Laps in around a minute. Had to rest longer and longer each time. Then it was a 25 M sprint on the minute, so the faster I finished the more time I had to rest x 5.

Bench: 135, 185, 205, 225 x 5, 270 x 4.
-Still stuck here, very frustrating plateau.

OHP: 95, 115, 135, 155 x 5, 165 x 2
-Haven't done these in years, decided it was time to get back to them.

In 16:15, that shit was brutal.

Some balance drills on the stability ball to finish up.
 
Backed off a little bit today. Was super tired from that circuit yesterday. Had a really good BJJ session and then:

5 Reps Wide/5 Reps Super Close Grip Pulldowns: 135, 150, 165 x 5

100 Situps in 3:40, would love to get this down below 3 minutes.

Some heavy bag work, stopped because the padding in my right glove is essentially gone and my hand was starting to hurt.

for 5 rounds and a PR of 12:27.
