1240-Taco salad, milk x2, yogurt, gatorade.
1340-Thin mints

1810-Pepper jack cheese, sausage, bread, carrots. Vanilla coke. Prepping for when the DFAC closes and what to eat when I can't cook.

The cheese was 7 dollars a lb.
Sausage was 3.25 a lb.
Bread was 1.89 a loaf which was just over a pound.
Carrots were .99

With 3 loaves of bread, 2 sausages, the rest, and a gallon of milk, I could live under 25 dollars a week.

Decided I'm going to try to break my fast record of 60 hours this weekend. Aiming for 66 or so, putting me at Monday morning. The ideal would be 72 hours and ending at Monday lunch(mmm burrito day).

Let's see how this goes. Feeling good 10 hours in. Drinking lots of water as usual.

Yep, broke down at 27 hr 10 min. Went mad from no food and being stuck in room.

I'll try to redeem myself by trying a 36 + hr fast. Monday morning breakfast.
 
Writing this at 28 hours. Feel great. Lots of water today, shaved my head and mustache. Studied and grinded hard in AQ.
 
Ended fast at 37 hours and 35 minutes.

Right now, no goals. Just to maintain, I don't really care about my macros or anything like that.

That will change in a few months to prep for the PT test, so I will be eating healthier and exercising for a specific purpose reason.
