I don’t think that I posted it anywhere. The goal was 240, thinking I would be able to make 231.5 from there. However now that I am close to that goal and it hasn’t been too difficult to accomplish, I think 220 would be a more reasonable midterm goal.
Being 280, or likely 290+ at times, for the better part of the last 3-4 years has skewed my vision of what healthy body weight goals are, as at 250 my BF is still high, though visibly diminished, so I suspect at 240 it will remain high and highly visible. Hopefully my physique looks less flabby and is more functional at 100kg.
