Yes, I was thinking of timed 40's or even 60's. Tough though because hand timed over such a short distance isn't ideal. Was the first thing that popped into my head. I was just trying to cater to the more "Fit and Fab" community or f13 has turned into these days.

I thought for sure I wasn't going to hit 290, but to be honest I probably could have done 10 more pounds without too many issues. Although I'd say the RPE is at about 8-9 I think I'm going to be able to push it for a few more increases of 10 Lbs.

I hadn't been eating very much over the last 10 days and I dropped a few kilos. I'm hovering at around 88-91 Kilos, where I was pushing 93 kilos just a few weeks ago.

I have found them to be my best supplement squat movement for all around strength. I feel like it helps both my squat and deadlift

The best I've ever done was 275. I'm much lighter now then I was when I did that but I feel like I'm not far off. My current heavy sets are done under extreme exhaustion because I'm timing the set.
