If you're lazy/busy like me and don't want to go trough all the youtube channels you can follow these pages on facebook
Siam Fight News: Fight news, results, videos and live streams
https://www.facebook.com/SiamFightNews/?hc_ref=SEARCH
MuayTies: HD videos from Rajadamnern and Lumpinee
https://www.facebook.com/muayties/
Mx Muay Extreme: 3 round fights with mma gloves. Not the best fighters, but they're action packed. Live streams of their cards on their FB page
https://www.facebook.com/MX-MUAY-XTREME-606660606202939/
A thai FB page that strams alot of fight cards live:
https://www.facebook.com/ทีเด็ดมวยไทย-LIVE-V1-1131147526946158
Petchyindee Academy: They put on big shows and also have a gym with many top fighters including Sam-A, Nong-O, Kaimukkhao, Petchdam, Petmorrakot. They often stream fights live on facebook.

Lumpinee rankings:
http://www.muaythai2000.com/en/champofstadium.php?stadium=1
Rajadamnern:
http://www.muaythai2000.com/en/champofstadium.php?stadium=2
Basically the best fighters are the ones from 108 lbs to 140 lbs.130 lbs division is probably the most stacked one.
Does Ch 3, 5, 7, 8 or any other channel televise the Monday-Thursday fights at Rajadamnern and Lumpinee?
True,I've given up trying to keep up with fights and results from different Facebook groups + Instagram + MT2000 website, instead I just go to the "recent fight news from Thailand" thread and get most of the latest fight announcements and fight streams there. Lazy I know, but when you have a full time job and other hobbies it's really hard to keep up otherwise. So good to have a place like Sherdog with such knowledgeable people gathered in that thread: https://forums.sherdog.com/threads/recent-fights-results-news-from-thailand.2961757/

Hi guys sorry to go off topic and sorry to bother you but I am Jack im 13 and i decided to measure my punch speed per second I have never done martial arts before or anything but i got 13 punches per second if im doing it in speedbag style and 7-9 per second if im doing jab cross chain punches. Is this good? because if it is im looking to start kickboxing because i feel like i will enjoy it. Thanks for your time all replies are appreciated, thanks. double checked the numbers they are correct.
