For awhile. Kept heart rate in the 120s so I didn't cough up a lung after. Still have some fluid in my lungs but am getting rid of it.



Ended up catching about 5 innings worth of the kids pitching on Sunday and yesterday I needed to move a railroad tie.at the firearms range. Grabbed the top one on the stack and it was a full 12x12 that was still new (heavy as fuck) one or both if those activities killed my hams.

I am feeling better and the first 5 or so felt really good then I started sucking air and coughing and that was that. Lungs still aren't clear i guess.
