I'm doing weighted hyperextensions after squats, they seem to hit my hamstrings so I'm not totall neglecting them

If you look at a good S&C program there is a reason why they have a balance of exercises, working the majority of your main muscle groups and it's not for aesthetic reasons, an unbalanced body has a poor posture is more prone to injury during athletic performance.
