Doing keto and intermittent fasting
1 avocado
3 baked chicken thighs
3 slices of deli american cheese
1 1/2 large cups of unsweetened almond milk

ate from 5 pm to 6:15 pm
 
1 avocado
3 small bubba turkey burgers
2 slices of america cheese
1 regular cup of almond milk
 
1 avocado
3 small bubba turkey burgers I broiled
3 slices of american cheese
1 slice of ham
1 regular cup of almond milk

13 pounds to go.

You dieting quick for any reason and why the specific weight in such a quick time? You got a competition?

nah, I'm just setting smaller goals on my weight loss journey to a larger overall goal. I guess the weights coming off quick because I finally found the right way to do it.
 
back up to 9 pounds. I guess this will take a little while longer than I thought.

5 pounds to go. ate a bunch of shrimp and steak last night, took my dad out to dinner.
 
4 pounds to go eat 3 turkey burgers tonight with cheese and some bacon.
