Biceps/ triceps recovering fast

I’ve been focusing on building up my arms more and I like to hit my bi/tri’s same day. After lifting my arms feel super pumped and I feel great. I do Day on and day off routine. I feel like I could hit my bi/tri’s 3 times a week.

Is this normal? Am I not punishing them hard enough?
 
How many times a week do you squat and deadlift?
Squat twice a week and dead once a week, sometimes no dead lifting at all.

I know this is S&C section but for aesthetics I’d like bigger arms (what guy doesn’t).

Smaller muscles that see a lot of use tend to recover faster. I find that I can work arms nearly every session and the first thing to get sore is the elbow after a few weeks of it.
 
I finish almost every workout with some pull-ups or curls. It’s no thing.
 
Another one of the many reasons why there are so many show muscle dudes and why it is kind of easy to become one.
Also, I didn't make the gains on my arms like I did with the rest of my body when I was on a push day, pull day, and leg day routine
