Anybody tried stem cells?

I can tell you this, no legitimate academic institution has a class (never mind program) in lymphatic detoxification. LMAO!.
Just look at all the buzzwords. "Functional" medicine, "applied" clinical nutrition and "functional" blood chemistry. Someone thought "hey just stick adjectives on there and people will definitely buy it!".

Not sure if Shohei Ohtani had stem cells or platelet rich plasma, but they are letting him hit, so that's a good thing.

I know we all have heard a lot about stem cell therapy and I am considering trying it for my right knee which is fucked (zero cartilage, arthritis, etc). Its hard to find good information that doesn't turn out to be a big advertisement. I've heard Rogan talk about it on the JRE but that could be some under the table sponsor type shit. Just curious if anybody has any real experiences with it.

When I had my knee problems we started with cortisone injections which only seemed to help for a few days ( I've been told they're supposed to last/help for a few weeks!) Things got bad enough to where I had one of my knees totally replaced, but the scary part is I'm young enough to where I will probably have to have the replacement replaced when I am older. I wish I looked into stem cells as a treatment/solution for my knee issues, I did find some of the information below:
