Yeah, grillo is very trained. Watched him on the fighter and the kid podcast. He mentioned he was training with rickson back in 1990. Dude is in amazing shape for a 53yr old.

I hope we get another season. Really enjoyed it.

It got better and better. Grillo got pretty invested in the fighters he met and you can tell he actually cared about learning from them, not even just the techniques but learning about their fight motivations.

Would love to see him go to Brazil, Korea and Japan for some BJJ, TKD and Karate. Maybe the midwest for some collegiate wrestling too.

I enjoyed the Muay Thai episode. It hadvsuch a heartbreaking ending. I'll watch more.
