i roll mon-wed-fri and do 1.5 hours of liss sun-tues-thurs. current rhr is 65-60 bpm. was at 57 saturday. been as low as 55.

since lifting is anaerobic, wouldn't something of a moderate/higher intensity make more sense than liss, immediately after lifting? correct me if i am wrong... although i rather do liss because it's easier after a squat/dead lift session.
