Whey hydroisolate, whey concentrate, and whey isolate in a blend is good. But any form of whey will do for now until it gets to the nitty gritty. A blend where whey is the main ingredient is fine as well. For me optimum has a Pro55 which is 50% whey and that's what I am using until it's gone.

No one remembers the study I posted lol. Paleo will be better for fat loss, and cholesterol on the average. But the "med" diet, is a good thing if someone was going to follow a fad.
