I'm smaller than you, just keep training and try to out train/work your opponents. Your going to lose just try and learn from it. Keep training and soon you will not panic so much and slow it down and work your technique.
I'm a smaller guy and I have never cut weight before I just compete at what I walk around at but I say compete at what you feel comfortable. Technique > Strength. If you feel you can make the cut without feeling bad than go for it, but if your not confident you can make it than I wouldn't try it.

I honestly could care less about going out drinking when I'm 21 and would much rather train or compete but not everyone feels the same so it's your call.
Watch high level competition videos, don't worry about learning any "fancy" moves yet just worry about the basics (positioning, passing guards, shrimping back to guard, keeping posture).
