They were expecting to roll out the system in 2032. It's been fast tracked and the current date is 2027 but they're hoping to have them in Ukraine before 2027.

If Europe sources 2 million shells from outside Europe as well as what they supply it'll be enough to hold ground for quite a while. Russia has upped shell production but they're feeling the pinch as well. At the peak they were firing 60k a day. HIMARS arrived and that dropped to about 20k...

Further to that South Korea has a massive stockpile that's back filling America's stockpile.

Europe has been ramping up commitment while America has been piss farting around. Big news in that regard is finding shells outside Europe to the tune of around 2 million.
Likely Ukraine receives more shells "from" Europe in 2024 than they did in '22 and '23 combined.
