    I heard that In alot of BJJ schools in Brazil that they are above like fancy sport clubs and that luta livre is for people who can't afford to train. The same thing happens here when I was in High School I couldn't afford $100 a month to train so I just joined wrestling.

    I have a nice cup of coffee before I go workout. It doesn't seem to have any positive or negative outcomes with my workout. I just like coffee. Now when I take a EAC stack it is a whole different story.
