3.1 mile jog in 43 min on the treadmill. 2 min cool down walk.
Watched an arm triangle instructional during the jog. I missed an arm triangle sub earlier this week.
2.3 mile jog at a 14 min mile pace. I switched to walking the last .7 mile since I could feel my knee tightening up. Learned my lesson last time. I think some stretching today will help.

We practiced some armbar escapes from side control. In rolling I hit a couple darces and north south chokes. One guy kept kimura’ing me from deep half guard. I’ve since watched some videos so hopefully I can prevent it next time.

1 mile jog in the morning and 1 mile walk.
Did some bench and deadlifts this morning. Now my back is all jacked up and sore. I hate getting older. I hope it’s better by tomorrow so I can still do BJJ.
