The program is about strength, not building a balanced physique. You will get stronger, and your arms will grow plenty.

I took 5 years off. Just ease back into it; as long as you don't expect to perform at your previous level right away you will be glad you got back on the mats.

I have the consigliere, and it has been in my regular rotation since I got it a few weeks ago. The fit is great. I am 5'9" and 185, and the A2 fits like it was tailored for me. The collar is pretty solid, and it is by far my favorite gi, and the one that I get the most compliments on.

I can report that the smell is pretty much gone after two washes and hanging dry. I rolled in it Saturday, and the gi is excellent in every aspect.
