Alot of top boxers have chicken legs. These guys need to cut alot of weight and stay slim, so when they cut weight it mostly comes from their legs i guess. Paul Williams has some small ones, Roger Mayweathers were ridiculously small back in the day...like pencils.

never seen an armstrong fight, but i personally just don't like that in a boxer. I like a boxer who is able to be quick on his feet when neccesary. Flat footedness/slow feet is a negative in my book. That's just me tho.
