Been aiming for two days a week for the last few months, one of which is a 4-mile run and the second run anywhere between 4 - 6.2 miles (10K).
About to start half-marathon prep soon so will be ramping up the mileage
Hell yeah, I love the collar drag. So easy to do, so effective and it's always there. I hit this on everyone, from white to black belts. One of my favorite go to moves.
Can't wait for his game changer instructional. Big fan of his, already have his pressure passing and half guard instructionals plus I was lucky enough to train with him when I went to visit Marcelo's gym.
It's a great experience and Lisbon is an amazing city, definitely spend a couple days exploring after the tournament. If money isn't an issue just go for it. Prepare as best you can and have fun with it

Haha no problem. IMO it's a bit difficult to practice BJJ solo, the closest you can get to it is to replicate and improve body movements that are directly applicable to rolling. Flexibility will also go a long way for you, plus it'll help to prevent injuries.

I really dig VHTS's designs, I won one of their gis in an Instagram giveaway a year and a half ago and it's been holding up pretty well. I just feel kind of like a phoney wearing one since I'm not very hard to submit
These are so dope, keep it up! Over the years I've done my best to copy Marcelo's style since it works for me so well and I always love seeing it in action
