I get what the OP is saying, I just don't agree with the notion that GSP retired early just because he retired on a win. When he retired he'd been champ for 6 years and fought in 11 consecutive title fights.

Certainly Tito is silly and it's a shame Chuck lost to him, but like you're saying yourself - he's still in great shape and has won relatively recently against semi-relevant opponents while Chuck looks not only out of shape but seriously unhealthy
