work your way up to being able to do dragon flags....hanging leg raises, weighted plank positions, and all the other stuff mentioned here is good training. Just keep the intensity up and the reps lower to see some real progress

i think more standing elbows will become more common as knowledge of how to use them is spread and people see their effectiveness....Jorge Rivera and David Louiseau both use standing elbows from the clinch effectively, i think its just a matter of time before more fighters follow suit
